In the back of the house there is a carport and ample parking space.
For the energetic Barn conversion has been carried out into a gym, with many machines for body building and keeping fit.
The house is surrounded by well manicured gardens with flowers and a water feature with water lilies and gold-fish. Patios with picnic table and chairs and a fixed and movable barbecue.
In the surrounding fields there are cows, sheep, Jenny the donkey ,Bonnie and Biddy the ponies, the geese, chickens, 3cats and Snowy the Pyrenean Mountain dog.
The river Towy is within 1 mile with excellent fishing and we can provide access to the river Gwendraeth fach ,voted the cleanest river in Britain.
